Who is a good candidate for Emsella?
Ideal candidates for Emsella should not have a bleeding disorder, be pregnant, or have any surgical implants in their body (this includes a pacemaker, drug pump, or neurostimulator implant.). Also if you have any metal implants near the pelvic area (including metal hip replacements, lumbar spine screws, piercings, or a metal IUD) we will recommend against this treatment. If you have urinary leakage, involuntarily urination when you laugh, cough, or sneeze, or are looking for better sexual health, then the Emsella is right for you!
How Long are the treatments and how many sessions will I need?
Our staff at DRIP HAWAII will tailor a personalized treatment plan for you. A typical treatment takes about 30 minutes and you will need 6 sessions, scheduled twice a week for three weeks. If your bladder leakage is severe we may recommend additional treatments, but normally 6 achieves desired results. Many patients will tell us they start to see benefits in as little as one treatment.
What is the cost of Emsella?
Each Emsella treatment costs $300. A package of 6 treatments is discounted 15% to bring the price down to $255 per treatment or $1530 for the package.
